湿润烧伤膏在鼻内镜术后的临床应用观察

目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后血痂的清除及黏膜上皮化的影响。方法:将我院2003~2006年住院的鼻窦炎伴或不伴鼻息肉患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组术后应用凡士林纱条进行鼻腔填塞及术后换药,实验组使用MEBO纱条代替凡士林纱条进行术后鼻腔填塞及换药。观察两组术后鼻塞情况、血痂清除时间及黏膜上皮化及光镜下的黏膜改变。结果:使用MEBO的患者局部及全身反应明显减轻,比较两组术后2,4,6,14,21天血痂清除时间差异显著(P<0·05),两组鼻腔黏膜上皮化情况比较无明显差异,但实验组平均上皮化时间较凡士林组平均提前了1.5周。结论:应用MEBO填塞术后鼻腔优于传统方式。

Efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment after Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) on the blood scab cleaned and epithelization of nasal mucosa in patients with chronic nasal sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:80 inpatients had a history of chronic nasal sinusitis with/without nasal polyp (from 2003 to 2006) were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients were treated with MEBO gauze strip to nasal cavity packing and dressing change,the others were treated with cosmolin gauze strip. Then the response to nasal cavity packing,the time of blood scab cleaned,epithelization of nasal mucose and what was seen in nasal mucose under spectromicroscope were observed on 2,4,6,14 and 21 days after the operation.Results:MEBO gauze strip did relieve pain and uncomfortable feeling. There was significent difference in blood scab cleaned between the two groups. There was no significent difference in mucous epithelization between the two groups,but epithelization time in first group was 1.55 weeks earlier than the second group.Conclusion:MEBO is better in packing and dressing change than general method in chronic nasal sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery.
