早产儿发育支持护理(附152例临床对照研究)

目的:探讨发育支持护理模式对住院早产儿近期的影响。方法:将2005年11月～2006年8月住院的79例早产儿作为发育支持组,2004年11月～2005年8月住院的73例早产儿作为常规护理组。发育支持护理措施参照澳大利亚维多利亚省通用新生儿手册,常规护理组按常规进行护理。分别比较两组患儿呼吸暂停发生率、输液天数、感染发生率以及住院日等。结果:住院期间发育支持组早产儿呼吸暂停的发生率、感染发生率及极低出生体重儿(<1500g组)和低出生体重儿(1500～2500g)输液天数与常规护理组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:发育支持护理模式对早产儿近期康复有积极的作用,可以缩短患儿平均输液天数,减少呼吸暂停、感染的发生率,值得在临床推广。

Developmental Care of Premature Infants:a Case Control Study

Objective:To investigate the early influence of Developmental care on premature infants.Methods:From 11/2005 to 08/2006,79 premature infants received Developmental care as study group,from 11/2004 to 08/2005,73 premature infants received routine care as control group.The protocol of Developmental care according to Neonatal handbook published by Victorian Government Department of Human Service.The frequency of apnea,number of days required intravenous infusion,incidence of infection and hospitalization day were compared in the tow groups.Results:The frequency of apnea and incidence of infection in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the number of days required intravenous infusion in Low birth weight babies and very low birth weight babies was less in study group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Developmental care can shorten mean number of days required intravenous infusion,decreased frequency of apnea and incidence of infection in premature infant,it is suggested Developmental care is worth implementing in clinical practice.
