| 摘 要： | 目的观察局部三联疗法(2%氢醌乳膏、0.1%全反式维A酸乳膏、0.1%丁酸氢化可的松软膏)治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、对照方法。将120例黄褐斑患者随机分为3组,A组40例,采用2%氢醌乳膏、0.1%全反式维A酸乳膏联合0.1%丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗;B组40例,单用2%氢醌乳膏治疗;C组40例,单用0.1%全反式维A酸乳膏治疗。各组均连续治疗12周并判断疗效及不良反应。结果A组治疗黄褐斑疗效优于B组、C组,疗效差别有统计学意义(P0.05),且不良反应少。结论局部三联疗法治疗黄褐斑疗效好,安全性高,是治疗黄褐斑的理想方法之一。
