| 摘 要： | 目的：观察腓骨钩钢板治疗腓骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法：对40例腓骨远端骨折进行开放复位后予腓骨钩钢板内固定,对术后踝关节功能进行评分,并观察术后并发症的情况,如伤口感染、骨折不愈合、内固定失效等。结果：随访6～30个月,本组病例骨折全部愈合,踝关节功能评定优29例,良8例,可3例,优良率为92.5%。结论：对于腓骨远端骨折,腓骨钩钢板具有创伤小、复位良好等特点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fibular hook plate on distal fibular fractures.Methods:Forty patients with distal fibular fracture were treated with fibular hook plate,and the ankle joint functions as well as post-operative complications were observed.Results:A followed-up of 6-30 months revealed that all patients were healed,with ankle joint functional assessment excellent in 29 cases,good in 8 cases,and fair in 3 cases.The good-excellent rate was 93.5%.Conclusion:Fibular hook plate is good for... |
