妊高征不同孕期、不同程度的血液流变性观察

目的 :为探明妊高征血液流变性的变化规律。方法 :对12 5例妊高征患者的 13项血流变参数进行检测。结果 :(1)妊高征晚期与中期妊娠比较 ,纤维蛋白原、体外血栓长度、湿重、干重、血小板粘附率明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )重度妊高征较轻度妊高征血球压积明显降低 ,而血小板粘附率明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(3)治疗后血球压积和血沉方程K明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :妊高征患者血液流变学部分指标发生改变 ,与不同孕期、不同程度及是否治疗密切相关。

Observation of Hemorheological Property on Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension in Different Period and Degree

Objective: To study the hemorheological changes in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Method: 13 parameters of hemorheology were measured on 125 case of PIH.Results: (1) Fib, externalthrombus length, moisture weight, dry weight, platelet adhesion rates were significantly increased in those with mid pregnant cases compared with late pregnant cases ( P < 0.05 ). (2) HCT was significantly reduced and platelet adhesion rate significantly increased in those with severe PIH compared with mild PIH ( P < 0.05 ). (3) HCT and K titer in the ESR equation in the post treatment cases were significantly lower than those in antitreatment cases ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Some hemorheological parameters chang in PIH, which is related to the degree of PIH, gestational duration and with or without treatment.
