| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全自动微板法检测献血者ABO血型结果的可靠性。方法统计分析20002年1月至12月采用全自 动微板法检测献血者ABO血型的一次判读正确率、无法判读率、错误率。结果28379例献血者.ABO血型采用全自动微板 法检测其一次判读正确率99.8％、无法一次判读率0.13％,误判1例。结论全自动微板法可用于献血者ABO血型的检测。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reliability of full-automatic microplate technique on blood donors ABO blood groups testing. Methods The date on the results of ABO Blood groups testing with full-automatic microplate technique at Jiangmeng Central Blood Station from January to December, 2001 were gathered and analysed. Results It showed that 99.8% blood samples among 28 379 blood donors with full-automatic micropkte technique give a correct result and 0.13% couldn't give a satisfactory result, 1 blood sample give an incorrect result. Conclusion The full-automatic microplate technique can be used for ABO blood groups testing from blood donors. |
