利培酮口服液与阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

目的探讨利培酮口服液治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效及对血清催乳素水平的影响。方法将66例精神分裂症患者随机分为利培酮口服液组（32例）和阿立哌唑组（34例），治疗2个月后随访4个月。在治疗前及治疗1、2个月末和随访结束时使用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定疗效，并于治疗前、治疗中、治疗后检测血清催乳素水平。结果随访结束时，利培酮口服液组显效率65．6％，有效率87．5％；阿立哌唑组显效率61．8％，有效率85．2％。两组疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。催乳素水平利培酮口服液组明显升高，阿立哌唑组无大影响，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论利培酮口服液对精神分裂症患者有效，且能升高血清催乳素水平。

Comparison study on the treatment of schizophrenia with risperidone oral solution schizophrenic and aripiprazole

Objective To explore the efficacy of risperidone oral solution and aripiprazole in treatment of schizophrenia and the effect on schizophrenic serum prolactin. Methods 66 patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to risperidone oral solution group（ n=32 ） and aripiprazole group（ n = 34）. The therapeutic effects were assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS） before treatment and at the ends of the 1 st, 2nd, 6th months respectively. The serum prolactin level was measured before, during and after treatment. Result There were not statistical differences in the total efficacy rate on schizophrenia between the two groups （87. 5 % vs 82.4%, P 〉 0. 05 ）. Patients in risperidone oral solution group had significant changes in serum prolactin level （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, but no changes in the control group. Conclusion Risperidone oral solution is of good efficacy, with the effect of increasing the serum prolactin level in the treatment of schizophrenia.
