| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆道手术腹腔残石在腹腔内转归情况。方法 本组将腹腔镜胆道手术中所取结石与胆汁进行了细菌培养+药敏和结石成份分析,在无菌条件下把结石随意置入Wistar大鼠腹腔内,3个月后处死大鼠,大体观察腹腔残石情况并取结石周围组织做病理。结果 腹壁切口排出结石1只,3个月内51只大鼠死亡8只,死亡原因分别为腹腔感染、腹腔脓肿、肠瘘和肠梗阻。其余大鼠腹腔结石均被大网膜包绕。病理发现结石周围组织内有灶性脓肿形成。结论 腹腔残石对机体有害,腹腔镜胆道手术应避免结石遗留腹腔。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the outcome of lost gallstones in peritoneal cavity during laparoscopic bile duct operations. Methods Some gallstones and biles from patients were cultured or analysed. Some gallstones were placed into Wistar rat' s peritoneal cavity. Results 8 rats died from peritoneal infection, intestinal fistula, ileus. Abdominal wall abscess occured to one rat. The rest were put to death after 3 months. Pathologic results showed that the nidus of abscess appeared in tissue around stone. Conclusion lost gallstones is bad to humanbody. We should avoid gallstone to lost in peritoneal cavity. |
