| 摘 要： | 阐述了分子蒸馏的基本原理及其区别于普通真空精馏的主要特点.介绍了近年来分子蒸馏技术在中草药有效成分的提取、动植物油脂的精制等方面的最新应用研究成果.随着基础理论的不断丰富,近几年分子蒸馏技术应用领域迅速扩大.

| Abstract: | The basic principles of molecular distillation were described in this paper. The differences between molecular distillation and conventional distillation were compared. The application of molecular distillation technology on extraction and purification of natural products was introduced. And the application field and scope of molecular distillation technology was also widened owing to the development of theories. |
