摘    要:目的建立加味藿香正气丸中百秋李醇的GC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:ZB-WAX石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)。以100%聚乙二醇为固定相;柱温采用程序升温:起始170℃.保持6min.40℃/min升至230℃,保持3.5min;进样口温度:250℃;检测器温度:250℃;载气为氮气,流速为0.5mL·min^-1;进样量1μL,分流比为100:1。结果百秋李醇在0.0141~1.041mg·mL^-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.00000;平均回收率为98.36%,RSD=1.56%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、准确、稳定、重现性好,可作为加味蓉香正气丸的质量控制的方法之一。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of patchoulialcohol in Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi pills by gas chromatography(GC). METHODS ZB-WAX capillary column(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm) was used and 100% Polyethylene Glycol was used as the liquid phase. The increase of column temperature was controlled by programming:the initial temperature was 170℃ and maintained for 6 min, and then rose at 40℃ min up to 230℃ for 3.5 rain. The injector temperature and the detector temperature both were 250℃ .Nitrogen was used as carrier gas, The flow rate was 0.5mL·min^-1 and the injection volume was 1μL, split ratio was 100: 1. RESULTS A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0. 0141-1. 041 mg·mL^-1, r = 1. 00000. The average recovery was 98.36 % with a RSD of 1.56 % (n = 6) . CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi pills.
