摘    要:本文利用离体大鼠心脏标本,观察降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)对心脏活动的影响,并用双脉冲技术测定左心房功能不应期(FRP)和α、β受体阻断剂,前列腺素合成抑制剂对CGRP对心脏活动影响。结果表明:CGRP对心脏具有明显的正性变力和正性变时作用,正性变力作用可能与β受体有关,正性变时作用可能与Na~+内流有关。

Abstract:The effect of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) on cardiac activity was observed by making use of the sample heart in vitro. The effect of CGRP on left atrium functional refractory period(FRP) and the effect of α,β-receptor antogonist.prostaglandgin compound inhabition agent on the heart activity was also determined by using double pluse technique. The results showed that CGRP had obvious positive inotropic and positive chronotropic effect. Perhaps positive inotropic effect has relation to β-receptor, and positive chronotropic effect may be relation to Na~+ inflow.
