摘    要:目的 寻找一种快速、高效地制备CCL4肝纤维化动物模型的方法。方法 分别利用CCL4腹腔注射和皮下注射的方法制备大鼠肝纤维化模型。做肝脏病理学检查,测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、透明质酸(HA),并与对照组比较。结果 CCL4腹腔注射造模组与皮下注射组的存活率、造模时间存在显著性差异。二者的肝脏病理学检查、ALT、HA无显著性差异,但它们的血清ALT、HA均高于对照组。结论 制备CCL4肝纤维化动物模型腹腔注射优于皮下注射。

Abstract:Objective To find an effective method to make liver fibrosis animal model.Methods CCL4 was injected intraperitoneally or subcutaneously to make rat liver fibrosis model. The livers were taken for pathologic examination. Serum ALT and HA were detected respectively and compared with the normal control. Results The survival rate of model made by CCL4 intraperitoneal injection was higher than that of model made by CCL4 subcutaneous injection. There was no significant difference in pathologic examnination, ALT, HA between them. Conclusion Injecting CCL4 intraperitoneally is better than Injecting subcutaneously for making a liver fibrosis animal model.
