| 摘 要： | 目的 分析70岁以上老年恶性肿瘤发病率及临床特点.方法对280例70岁以上老年恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果280例恶性肿瘤患者中,发病率占前3位的依次为肺癌、食管癌、结直肠癌;首诊接受手术治疗者46例,单纯化疗80例;单纯放疗88例,同时接受放化疗16例,姑息对症治疗50例.结论老年恶性肿瘤患者的年龄本身...

| Abstract: | Objective To study the incidences and clinical features of cancer in the patients older than 70 years.Methods The clinical data of 280 cases of cancer patients who were older than 70 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 280 cases,the most common cancer were lung cancer,esophageal cancer,colorectal cancer.After the initial diagnosis,46,80,88,16 and 50 cases received surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,chemoradiotherapy and alleviative treatment,respectively.Conclusion The age is not significantly associated with the efficacy.The appropriate,effective therapy is primarily affected by the individual health status,disease stage,and complications.The appropriate,effective therapy can improve the quality of life of the patients. |
