Nursing of bronchial asthma in children

Objective:To discuss the methods and effects of traumatic hyphema.Methods:135 traumatic hyphema cases(135 eyes) receiving combined modality therapy were collected from our hospital from January 2005 to December 2008 for retrospective analysis.Results:60 cases was in first grade hyphema,45 cases in second grade hyphema,30 cases in third grade hyphema;9 secondary glaucoma cases included.All hyphema were totally absorbed in one to fourteen days.The acuity vision of the cases after the asorption of hyphema was as follows:3 cases under 0.1,30 cases between 0.1-0.5,54 cases between 0.6-1.0,48 cases over 1.0.9 cases were susessfully cured through conservative treatments and the intraocular tension was cut down to nomal in two to six days.Conclusion::Traumatic hyphema can be relived or cured and the acuity vision can get recovery throug heffective and reasonable treatments.
