体外冲击波碎石术联合肾石通丸治疗输尿管上段结石疗效观察

目的探讨体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)联合肾石通丸排石疗法治疗输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。方法采用双盲随机对照研究,将120例输尿管上段结石患者随机分为A(n=59)、B(n=61)两组。两组患者均常规行ESWL治疗。A组ESWL后,给予左氧氟沙星注射液静滴,B组在A组基础上加用肾石通丸口服。ESWL后2周、4周时评估疗效。结果 2周时B组治愈率、有效率分别为68.9%,91.5%;4周时B组治愈率、有效率分别为88.5%,91.5%均高于A组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论 ESWL联合肾石通丸排石疗法治疗输尿管上段结石,可提高疗效,缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with Shenshitongwan for the treatment of upper ureteral calculus

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) combined with Shenshitongwan for patients with upper ureteral calculus.Methods 120 patients with upper ureteral calculus were randomly divided into two groups:group A(59 cases) treated with ESWL and Levofloxacin;group B(61 cases) treated with ESWL and Levofloxacin plus Shenshitongwan.Results The difference in therapeutic effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ESWL combined with Shenshitongwan for patients with upper ureteral calculus can improve the effect,shorten the course of treatment after ESWL.This method is worth wide application in clinic.
