| 摘 要： | 目的:观察加味四物汤治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效.方法:将确诊患者随机分为治疗组25例及对照组26例,对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊口服,治疗组采用加味四物汤治疗,治疗3月、6月后观察疗效.结果:治疗组在改善症状及远期疗效方面优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:加味四物汤治疗原发性痛经疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Modified Siwu Decoction in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods： 51 cases with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into treatment group（25 cases）and control group （26 cases）. The former were given oral administration of ibuprofen sustained release capsule and the latter Modified Siwu Decoction. To observe the effects after 3 months and 6 months respectively. Results： The symptom improvement and long-term effects of the treatment group is better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Siwu Decoction has significant effects in treating primary dysmenorrhea. |
