粉尘螨滴剂免疫疗法治疗儿童哮喘的疗效观察及对其免疫功能影响

目的评估粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服治疗哮喘的临床疗效和免疫功能的影响。方法将80例哮喘患儿分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),2组分别进行舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂和常规治疗,比较两组治疗前后的疗效、肺功能、症状评分、免疫学指标值的差异。结果 2组总有效率比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的日间平均症状评分、夜间平均症状评分明显低于对照组,观察组的FEV1、PEF明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);疗程结束后,观察组SIgG、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IL-2均较对照组明显升高,观察组IL-4较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性哮喘疗效确切,抑制Th2细胞的增值,调整患儿体内细胞因子及体液因子,推荐作为舌下特异性免疫治疗的选择药物。

The efficacy and impact on immune parameters of dust mite drops used to treat childhood asthma

Objective To evaluate d The efficacy and impact on immune parameters of dust mite drops used to treat childhood asthma.Methods 80 patients with asthma were divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases),observation group and control groups respectively were treated wieh dust mite sublingual drops and conventional treatment for 24 weeks.To Observe the efficacy,pulmonary function,symptom score,the value of immunological parameters were compared.Results 2 groups of the total efficiency of comparison,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);the average daytime symptom scores,nighttime symptom score of Observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the FEV1,PEF of Observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the SIgG,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IL-2 of Observation group were higner than the control group,the IL-4 of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant or statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The dust mite drops is effective treatment of allergic asthma,Inhibit the appreciation of the cell,Correct Cytokines and humoral factors,were recommended to treat Childhood asthma.
