治疗性沟通系统干预对肺癌化疗伴发抑郁情绪患者的效果研究

【目的】探讨治疗性沟通系统干预对肺癌化疗患者抑郁情绪及生命质量的效果。【方法】将62例肺癌化疗患者分为干预组34例和对照组28例。干预组在常规护理的基础上，实施治疗性沟通系统干预，对照组给予常规护理。两组在干预前后分别用自评抑郁量表（SDS）及生命质量测评问卷（QLQ-C30）进行评价。【结果】干预组在干预后抑郁情绪及生命质量较对照组有显著提高（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。【结论】治疗性沟通系统干预方式对肺癌化疗患者的抑郁情绪和生命质量均有积极作用，在临床肺癌患者心理护理中有较好的有效性和可行性。

Study on the Effect of Therapeutic Communication on Lung Cancer Patients Receiving Chemotherapy Complicated with Depression

[Objective] To explore the effect of＇therapeutic communication on depressive emotion and quality of life in lung cancer patients with chemotherapy. [Methods] Sixty-two lung cancer patients with chemotherapy were assigned into intervention group（n= 34） and control group（n= 28）. The control group received routine nursing care. The intervention group received therapeutic communication intervention based on the routine nursing care. Self-rating depression scale（SDS） and quality of life questionnaire-c30（QLQ-C30） were used to evaluate the patients in two group before and after the intervention. [Results] Compared with the control group, the depression mood and quality of life in the intervention group after the intervention were improved significantly（ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Therapeutic communication intervention has positive effect on the depression mood and quality of life of patients. Therefore, it has good efficacy and feasibility in the psychological nursing of patients with lung cancer in clinical practice.
