超声在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值

【目的】探讨超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。【方法】选择经手术后病理检查证实的乳腺癌64例，回顾性分析术前二维声像图特征、彩色多普勒血流情况及超声诊断符合率。【结果】64例乳腺癌的典型声像图特征：形态不规则、回声不均匀、高回声晕环、纵横径比值〉0．7、微钙化、后方回声衰减、肿块内点条状血流信号等，但小乳癌无上述特征；超声诊断符合率87．5％（56／64）；CDFI显示血流0级10．9％（7／64）、Ⅰ级10例（15．6％）、Ⅱ级54．7％（35／64）、Ⅲ级18．8％（12／64）。【结论】超声对乳腺癌有较高的诊断价值，但仍然有局限性。

Value of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

Objective]To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound in breast cancer, Methods]Totally 64 cases of breast cancer confirmed by operation were chosen. Two-dimensional sonographic characteristics, the amount of blood flow on color Doppler and the accordance rate of ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively. Results]The typical sonographic characteristics showed irregular shape, uneven echoes, hyperechoic halo, transverse-longitudinal axis ratio〉 0. 7, micro calcification, posterior echo attenuation and puncto-striatus blood flow signal in mass. However, small breast cancer had no above characteristics. The coincidence rate of ultrasound was 87.5%（56/64）. CDFI showed that 7 patients were at grade 0 of blood flow（10.9%）, and 10 patients were at grade I（15.6%）, and 35 patients were at grade II （54.7%）, and 12 patients were at grade III （18.8 %,4 ）. Conclusion]Ultrasound has high value for the diagnosis of breast cancer, but it still has the limitation.
