谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊对结直肠癌患者伊立替康所致迟发性腹泻的影响

目的]观察谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊对伊立替康化疗所致迟发性腹泻的影响.方法]将41例应用FOLFIRI方案（氟尿嘧啶＋伊立替康＋亚叶酸钙）化疗的局部晚期或者转移性结直肠癌患者分为谷氨酰胺＋化疗组19例（治疗组）和单纯化疗组22例（对照组）,观察两组的迟发性腹泻以及不良反应的发生率.结果]治疗组及对照组迟发性腹泻发生率分别为57.90%（11/19）和86.36%（19/22）,两组相比较有显著差异（P＜0.05）,治疗组恶心,呕吐,口腔炎的发生率亦明显减少,但两组相比较无统计学意义,而骨髓抑制等其他不良反应的发生率两组相比较差异不明显.结论]在FOLFIRI方案化疗过程中加用谷氨酰胺可减少伊立替康所致迟发性腹泻发生率,且患者耐受性好,值得临床选用.

Effect of Glutamine Enteric Capsules on Irinotecan-induced Tardive Diarrhea

Objective] To observe the effect of glutamine enteric capsules on irinotecan-induced tardive di arrhea. Methods] Forty one cases of locally advance or metastatic colorectal cancer treated with FOLFIRI chemotherapy（fluorouracil ＋ irinotecan ＋ calcium folinate） were randomly divided into glutamine plus chemotherapy group（ n = 19, treatment group） and simple chemotherapy group（ n = 22, control group）. The incidence of tardive diarrhea and other side effects were observed in two groups. Results] The incidence rate of tardive diarrhea in treatment group and control group were 57.90% （11/19） and 86.36% （19/22）, and there was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈0.04 ）. The incidence rate of nausea, vomiting and stomatitis in treatment group decreased obviously, but there was no significant difference between two groups. There was no obvious difference in the other adverse effects such as bone marrow depression between two groups. Conclusion]Additional glutamine during the process of FOLFIRI chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of irinotecan-induced tardive diarrhea and is well tolerated for the patients. Therefore it is worthy of clinical application.
