| 摘 要： | 目的:研究不同方法提取的石榴皮多酚得率.方法:用酒石酸亚铁比色法测定微波处理乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系及丙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系、电磁搅拌丙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系、乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系和乙醇水溶液单相体系浸取等方法得到的石榴皮醇层提取液、水层提取液中石榴皮多酚的浓度,计算出多酚得率.结果:微波处理乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系和乙醇...

| Abstract: | Objective:Research yield of different methods to extract total polyphenols in pomegranate peel.Method: Using tartaric acid ferrous colorimetric method to determine the concentrations of total polyphenols in pomegranate peel in pomegranate husk alcohol layer extract,water extract obtained by methods such as microwave processing ethanol-ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system and propanol-ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system,electromagnetic stirring propanol-ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system,ethanol-ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system and ethanol solution single-phase system soaking.Result: Pomegranate husk alcohol layer extract concentrations,Polyphenols yields and Polyphenols total yields obtained by microwave processing ethanol-ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system and ethanol-ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system soaking are higher.Conclusion: Microwave processing ethyl ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system pomegranate husk polyphenols extract yield is higher |
