| 摘 要： | 目的分析高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与2型糖尿病患者轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的关系。方法引用蒙特利尔认知评估(MoCA)量表作为认知功能的测评工具,将2型糖尿病患者80例分为轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)组与对照组。应用免疫放射法测定两组间hs-CRP水平。结果发现MCI患者hs-CRP水平显著增加。结论hs-CRP水平与MCI的发生有关。

| Abstract: | To analyse the correlation between the high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and mild cognitive impairment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.The 80 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were divided into mild cognitive impairment(MCI) group and control group with the montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA).The detection method of hs-CRP is radioimmunoassay.The level of hs-CRP in group(MCI) was significantly higher than that in control group.So the level of hs-CRP is associated with the incidence of MCI. |
