| 摘 要： | 目的:观察二固汤防治干扰素所致毒副作用的临床疗效.方法:将87例患者随机分成对照组41例和治疗组46例,对照组给予西医综合治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用二固汤治疗,治疗1月后观察疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率为93.49%,对照组总有效率为82.93%,两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05);治疗后两组白...

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the effects of Ergu Decoction on the toxic and side effects of interferon. Methods ： 87 cases were randomly divided into the control group （41 cases） and the treatment group （46 cases）. Both groups were treated by comprehensive therapy of Western medicine while Ergn Decoction was added to the treatment group. Then the effects were observed one month later. Results ： There was significant difference between two groups by comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Ergn Decoction can obviously prevent the toxic and side effects of interferon. |
