Caveolin-1敲除对C57BL/6小鼠繁殖性能及子代离乳前体质量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨小窝蛋白Caveolin-1敲除对C57BL/6小鼠离乳前繁殖性能及体质量的影响。方法分别对Caveolin-1基因敲除小鼠和同源C57小鼠进行体质量、初产日龄、胎次间隔时间、平均产仔数及离乳存活率的观察及分析。结果 C57BL/6小鼠鼠仔平均体质量均高于Caveolin-1基因敲除鼠,在1、7、14 d时两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);21 d时,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组初产日龄、胎次间隔时间及平均产仔数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但C57BL/6小鼠离乳存活率明显高于基因敲除鼠,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Caveolin-1敲除小鼠的体质量下降、繁殖性能下降。

Abstract:Objective evaluate the effects of Caveolin-1 knockout on weight and reproductive performance before weaning in C57BL/6 mice.Methods The growth curves,primiparous age,parity time interval,the average litter sizes and weaning survival were observed and analyzed respectively in caveolin-1 knockout mice and C57 mice homologous.Results The average body weight of C57BL/6 newborn mice were higher than that of Caveolin-1 knockout mice in 1st,7th and 14th days,but there were no significant differences(P>0.05);in 21st day,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the primiparous age,parity,litter size and the average interval between the two was no significant difference(P>0.05),but the survival rate of C57BL/6 mice was significantly higher than that of knockout mice(P<0.05).Conclusion Caveolin-1 knockout can slow the growth and decrease the reproductive ability of C57BL/6 mice.
