金水宝胶囊治疗免疫性不育患者临床观察

目的观察金水宝胶囊治疗免疫性不育症的临床疗效。方法符合纳入标准的100例免疫性不育患者随机均分为对照组(醋酸泼尼松片治疗)、治疗组(金水宝胶囊治疗)共2组。观察AsAb阳性转阴有效率,同时比较组内组间治疗前后精液质量各项参数指标变化。结果治疗后,治疗组AsAb阳性转阴有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组精子活率和A级精子活力,较治疗前有所提高(P<0.05),但精液量、精子密度无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后精液量、精子密度、精子活率和A级精子活力较治疗前均明显提高(P<0.01),且明显优于对照组治疗后(精子活率P<0.05;余P<0.01)。结论金水宝胶囊治疗免疫性不育疗效明显优于醋酸泼尼松片。

clinical observation on Treatment of immunity infertility with Jin shui bao capsules

Objective To observe the clinic effectiveness of Jin shui bao capsules for the treatment of immune infertility.Methods 100 immunity infertilities that met the study criteria were divided into two groups randomly:the control group(prednisolone acetate of treatment group)、the treatment group of Jin shui bao capsules,AsAb Negative rate and the therapeutic effect were assessed by observation of the changes in the parameters of Sperm Quality.Results After treatment,the treatment group was better than control group in AsAb Negative rate(P<0.05);the sperm viability rate and A level sperm activity rate of control group,more improved before treatment(P<0.05),but semen volume,sperm density was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The treatment group of semen volume、sperm density、sperm viability rate and A level perm activity rate were significantly improve before treatment(P<0.01),and much better than control group after treatment(sperm activity rate(P<0.05),others(P<0.01).Conclusion Jin shui bao capsule for immunity infertility curative effect is better than prednisolone acetate.
