中西医结合护理干预对系统性红斑狼疮生活质量的影响

目的:探讨中西医结合护理干预对系统性红斑狼疮患者生活质量的影响。方法:对80例系统性红斑狼疮患者按住院号单双号随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组予常规护理,治疗组在此基础上实施中医辨证施护,即予中西医结合护理。两组于护理干预前、干预后3个月同时用SF-36和中医证候量表评价患者生活质量。结果:两组护理干预前各个维度得分基本一致,两组护理干预后得分均高于干预前;SF-36量表评分观察组在躯体职能、总体健康、精力、社会功能、精神健康、躯体疼痛等方面优于对照组(P<0.05);用中医证候量表评价干预后观察组在饮食、大便、小便、体质、情绪等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理干预有助于提高系统性红斑狼疮患者的生活质量。

The Effects of Integrative Nursing on the Life of SLE Patients

Aim: Investigating the effects of integrative nursing on the life of SLE patients.method: Dividing 80 randomly chosen SLE hospitalized patients into the odd-number and even-number groups.one is the observation group and other control group.Routine nursing is employed on the control group,while observation group receives integrative nursing.The life quality of these patients are examined by both the SF-36 and TCM symptom Finder 3 months before and after the nursing.Results: Before the nursing two groups Score almost the same on every item and score much higher after nursing is administered.SF-36 shows that observation group achieves better result than control group in body function,general health,energy social ability,spiritual well-being and body pain(P<0.05);TCM symptom Finder indicates that observation group is better than control group in appetite,digestion,constitution,emotion.(P<0.05).Result: Integrative nursing helps improve the life quality of SLE patients.
