GSS复位固定加钛网椎板重建植骨融合治疗老年性腰椎滑脱症

【目的】分析GSS复位固定加钛网椎板重建植骨融合治疗老年性腰椎滑脱症的临床效果。【方法】2003年4月至2008年6月对22例老年性腰椎滑脱症患者行后路松解减压GSS复位固定加钛网椎板重建后柱植骨融合术；术后随诊13～36个月。【结果】16例完全复位，6例明显好转，植骨全部融合，无内固定松动、断裂，椎间高度平均增高1．9mm，按照改良Macnab法疗效评定标准，优良率达90．9％。【结论】GSs复位固定减压加钛网椎板重建植骨融合是治疗老年性腰椎滑脱症的有效方法。

Reduction Fixation with GSS and Bone Graft Fusion after Vertebral Reconstruction with Titanium Armor Plate for the Treatment of Elderly Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of reduction fixation with general spine system （GSS） and bone graft fusion after vertebral reconstruction with titanium armor plate for the treatment of elderly lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods] Twenty two elderly patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated / with GSS reduction fixation via posterior release and decompression combined with bone graft fusion after vertebral reconstruction with titanium armor plate in our hospital from Apr. 2003 to Jun. 2008. All cases were followed up for 13-36 months. Results] Sixteen cases got complete reduction and 6 cases improved obviously. The ：rate of bony fusion was 100%. The internal fixation didn＇t loose and break. The intervertebral height increased for 1.9mm at average. According to the efficacy evaluation criteria with modified Macnab method, the excellent rate was 90.9 %. Conclusion] GSS reduction fixation combined with bone graft fusion after vertebral reconstruction with titanium armor plate is an effective method in the treatment for elderly lumbar spon-dylolisthesis.
