| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of gemcitabine combined with oxaliplatin(GemOX) regimen in the treatment of the elderly patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL).Methods All the 30 patients received GemOX regimen chemotherapy: gemcitabine 1 000 mg/m2,d1,8,ivgtt;oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2,d1,ivgtt.Every 21-28 days were 1 cycle.The efficacy was evaluated after 1 cycle of chemotherapy.The toxicities were evaluated after 1 cycle of chemotherapy.Results Of all the 30 cases,the overall response rate was 70.0%.The main toxicities were marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction.Conclusion GemOX regimen is effective and safe for the elderly patients with relapsed or refractory NHL. |
