消定膏皮肤刺激性及致敏性研究

目的：研究消定膏对家兔完整皮肤的刺激性及其对皮肤的致敏性。方法：家兔去毛后左侧区域为空白对照区，涂以蒸馏水0.5 mL；右侧区域为给药区，涂以0.5 g消定膏，每天涂抹1次，连续7 d，观察及记录红斑及水肿等情况，并按皮肤刺激反应评分标准进行评分研究其对完整皮肤的刺激性；通过与高致敏物2、4-二硝基氯苯比较研究其致敏性。结果：在连续贴敷消定膏第4天和第5天开始出现轻度红斑，贴敷第5天开始出现轻度水肿，停药后48 h逐渐恢复，对皮肤无过敏反应；消定膏过敏发生率为0%，无皮肤过敏反应。结论：消定膏对家兔完整皮肤具轻度刺激性，对皮肤无致敏反应。
