葛根素治疗52例冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

目的：探讨冠心病心绞痛药物治疗的效果。方法：将１０４例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成两组：Ａ组选用葛根素注射液５００ｍｇ加入５％葡萄糖５００ｍｌ静脉滴注治疗，Ｂ组采用镁－极化液５００ｍｌ静脉滴注，１次／ｄ，１４ｄ为１个观察疗程。结果：缓解心绞痛症状，Ａ组总有效率达８４．６％，与Ｂ组总有效率４２．３％相比较有非常显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）心肌缺血改善后心电图评定，Ａ组总有效率６９．２３％，与Ｂ组总有效率３４

Clinical Effects of Puerarin in the Treatment of 52 Patients with Angina Pectoris

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of puerarin in treatment of angina pectoris. Methods: 104 patients suffered from coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were randomly divided into the puerarin treatment group (A group) and the magnesium polarized liquid treatment group (B group). A group was treated with puerarin iv drip of 500mg mixed 500mL of 5% glucose q.d. for 14 days. B group was treated with 500mL magnesium polarized liquid iv drip q.d. for 14 days. Results: After treatment, the total efficient rate of remittence angina pectoris in A group was 84.6%, while in B group was 42.3% (P<0.01 ). The total efficient rate of improvement ECG of the ischemic myocardium in A group was 69.23%, while in B group was 34.6% (P<0.05). Conclusion: Puerarin is an effective and safe antiangina drug and suitable for patients with angina pectoris.
