社会支持干预对耳鸣患者焦虑及抑郁状况的影响

目的探讨社会支持干预对耳鸣患者焦虑及抑郁状况的影响，为护理耳鸣患者提供理论依据。方法对60例耳鸣住院患者采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）进行问卷调查，并随机分为对照组和干预组各30例，对干预组患者的焦虑、抑郁状况进行有效的社会支持，比较社会支持对患者焦虑、抑郁状况的影响。结果耳鸣患者抑郁得分与社会支持总分、社会支持利用度呈负相关（P〈0．05）；干预组给予有效的社会支持后焦虑、抑郁得分降低，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论耳鸣患者获得社会支持与抑郁状况关系密切，有效的社会支持对减少焦虑、抑郁负面情绪有积极的作用。

Effect of social support intervention on the anxiety and depression status of patients with tinnitus

Objective To study the effect of social support intervention on anxiety and depression of patients with tinnitus, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical nursing for the patients. Methods A questionnaire was performed using serf-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and social support rating scale (SSRS) in 60 tinnitus cases. These cases were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group. The effective intervention of social support was given to the intervention group. The influence of social support on the anxiety and depression status was compared. Results For patients with tinnitus, the score of depression was negatively correlated with the score of total social support and the availabihty of social support (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of anxiety and depression were reduced after an effective social support intervention was given to the intervention group (P<0. 05). Conclusions The social support of the tinnitas patients obtained from the society is closely related to the depression state. And the effective social support has a positive effect in reducing the negative emotions of anxiety and depression.
