手术室专业护士核心能力培训的实践与效果评价

目的探讨手术室专业护士培训的方法及效果。方法自2011年起采取定计划、定导师、定时间参照《专业护士核心能力建设指南》以及《广东省护理管理规范》的手术室十大安全目标对本区护士进行分组个性化、全员化多种形式的有效培训及分组培训交叉考核,以提高护士的综合素质和手术配合质量。结果分组层级培训交叉考核使培训的周期缩短,护士们的手术配合能力、应急处理能力、综合素质等方面均有明显的提高。护士的学习积极性明显提高,自主学习氛围在逐步形成。手术科室医生对护士的满意度调查2012年比2011年满意度提高15%。结论分组层级培训的有效落实能有效提高专业护士的临床工作能力,在较短时间内使护士们的手术配合能力、应急处理能力、综合素质及手术医生满意度等方面均有明显的提高。

PRACTICE AND EVALUATION OF CORE COMPETENCY TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONAL OPERATING ROOM NURSES

Objective To discuss the methods of core competency training for professional nurses in the op- erating room and observe its effect. Methods According to 《the plans based on the Instruction of Core Competency Construction of Professional Nurses》and《 the ten safety goals in operation rooms from Guangdong Nursing Manage- ment Standard》, various personalized effective training and group training as well as cross - examination were given to all nursing staff members in this section in 2011 in order to improve general qualities and cooperation of nurses. Re- sults The nurses gained significant improvement in the quality of cooperation and emergent treatment as well as in the general qualities even with the training period shortened, and the satisfaction rate of surgeons in 2012 increased by 15% compared with that in 2011. Conclusion The practice of a purposive group multilevel training can effectively improve the professional nurses clinical working ability including their qualities of cooperation and emergent treatment together with the degree of satisfaction from surgeons promoted.
