益气凉血化瘀汤对脓毒症大鼠心肌损伤的影响

目的:观察益气凉血化瘀汤对脓毒症大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠32只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和治疗组,每组8只。采用盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)法建立脓毒症大鼠动物模型,观察各组大鼠心肌酶谱的变化,并通过透射电镜观察各组大鼠心肌细胞超微结构改变。结果:模型组及治疗组大鼠心肌酶谱均较假手术组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);模型组心肌酶谱升高更为显著,与治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超微结构示,模型组大鼠心肌细胞线粒体肿胀,部分空泡变性、自溶;治疗组心肌细胞病变轻于模型组。结论:益气凉血化瘀汤能减轻脓毒症大鼠的心肌损伤。

Effects of Yiqi Liangxue Huayu Decoction on Myocardial Injury of Septic Rats

Objective: To observe the protective effects of Yiqi Liangxue Huayu decoction on myocardial injury of septic rats. Methods: Thirty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank control group, sham-operated group, model group, and treatment group, 8 rats in each. Yiqi Liangxue Huayu decoction was in? tragastrically given to rats in the treatment group once a day for 3 days. Sepsis was induced by the cecal liga? tion and puncture (CLP) method. Myocardial enzymes were detected and myocardial ultrastructure was observed by transmission electron microscopy in each group. Results: The levels of myocardial enzymes in the model group and the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the sham-operated group (P<0.01). Com? pared with the model group, the enzymes were lower in the treatment group (P<0.05). Ultrastructure observation showed that mitochondrial swelling and vacuolar degeneration and autolysis of myocardial cells in the model group, while the treatment group had milder lesions of myocardial cells than the model group. Conclusion: Yiqi Liangxue Huayu decoction can reduce myocardial injury in rats with sepsis.
