大肠镜下治疗粪石梗阻性阑尾炎的护理

目的总结内镜下治疗粪石梗阻性阑尾炎的护理经验,提高护理质量。方法术前详细询问病史、准备好用物、做好病人心理护理,认真做好术前准备及肠道准备,术中密切配合医生使用组织钳挖取、冲洗粪石,密切观察病情,术后做好饮食护理及宣教。结果 31例患者阑尾内粪石均顺利取出,临床症状消失,并无并发症,成功率为100%。结论内镜下治疗粪石梗阻性阑尾炎安全、有效,为保留器官完整性治疗阑尾炎提供了良好的治疗途径,并且恢复快,时间短,费用低,病人痛苦少。做好术前、术中、术后护理及娴熟的内镜配合是内镜下治疗粪石梗阻性阑尾炎成功的关键。

THE NURSING CARE AND COOPERATION OF TREATING OBSTRUCTIVE APPENDICITIS CAUSED BY BEZOAR WITH COLONOSCOPY

Objective To summarize the nursing experience in treating obstructive appendicitis caused by bezoar with colonoscopy, to improve quality of nursing care. Methods Ask about medical history in detail, prepare for everything of the treating, mental nursing and bowel preparation before the operation. Intimately coordinate with the doctor to excavate and wash the bezoar and observe the patient＇s condition carefully during the operation. And do the propaganda and education, the nursing care of food and drink after the operation. Results The bezoars of 31 pa- tients were successfully taken out. Clinical symptoms were disappeared. There was no complication. Success rate was 100%. Conclusion It was effective and safe to treat obstructive appendicitis caused by bezoar with colonoscopy of-feting a well treating method of keeping the integrality of appendix. It has the advantages of quick recover, short time, low cost and less pain. It were the keys of treating obstructive appendicitis caused by bezoar with colonoscopy to do the nursing care before the operation, during the operation and after the operation to intimately coordinate with the doctor.
