胰腺癌患者血清CA242与癌组织Ki-67表达的关系及意义

目的探讨胰腺癌患者血清CA242与癌组织Ki-67表达的相关性。方法对35例胰腺癌手术患者术前行血清CA242水平检测;术中取癌组织采用免疫组化法检测Ki-67表达;分析二者的相关性。结果 35例患者血清CA242水平均显著升高,对胰腺癌诊断的敏感性和特异性分别为68.6%(24/35)和77%(77/100)。胰腺癌组织中Ki-67表达阳性率(71.4%)明显高于正常胰腺组织;CA242水平与Ki-67表达呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论胰腺癌患者血清CA242升高提示癌细胞增殖能力强,预后不良;检测CA242水平有助于胰腺癌的病情及预后判断并指导个体化治疗。

Relationship between serum CA242 and Ki-67 expression in patients with pancreatic cancer and its signification

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242) and Ki-67 expression in patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods Preoperative serum CA242 was measured in 35 patients with pancreatic cancers.Ki-67 expression in the cancer tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the above two indexes was analyzed.Results The levels of CA242 in 35 patients with pancreatic cancer increased markedly,the sensitivity and specificity of CA242 for the pancreatic cancer diagnosis were 68.6%(24/35)and 77%(77/100),respectively.The positive rate of Ki-67 expression in pancreatic cancer tissue was 71.4%(25/35),which was significantly higher than that in the normal tissue.The level of serum CA242 had a significant positive correlation with Ki-67 expression in pancreatic cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion High levels of CA242 provide the clues for powerful cell proliferation and poor prognosis.Detection of serum CA242 is helpful for the estimation of condition,prognosis and direction of individualized therapy in patients with pancreatic cancer.
