| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折的临床疗效。方法对2002年6月至2007年5月收治的20例外伤性股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用人工髋关节置换术治疗。结果经6～24个月随访,18例恢复或基本恢复到受伤前髋关节功能,生活可自理,2例需借助行器行走,未出现假体松动、下沉等并发症。结论高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折,采用人工髋关节置换治疗,临床疗效满意,有利于早期功能恢复,减少术后并发症,但应严格掌握适应证。远期疗效则需要进一步观察。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of prosthesis replacement for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients. Methods From June 2002 to hip prosthesis collapse and loosening were found. Conclusion Prosthetic replacement is desirable for the management of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. It benefit the patients earlier functional recovery and lower complication. But we must grasp operation indication.The long term efficacy is necissary to further observation. |
