| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑卒中后抑郁对卒中早期偏瘫康复的影响。方法：对１６６ 例患者于１５ 天左右采用ＣＥＳ－Ｄ进行抑郁发生率的调查，并分别于１５ 天左右和两个月时评定抑郁组和对照组患者神经功能缺损积分、肢体功能及日常生活活动能力（ＡＤＬ）。结果：脑卒中１５天左右抑郁的发生率为４０．９６％ ，两个月时抑郁组患者神经功能缺损、偏瘫肢体功能及ＡＤＬ能力的恢复均低于对照组（Ｐ＜ ０．００１，０．０５）。结论：脑卒中后抑郁对卒中偏瘫康复不利。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of depression on hemiplegia early rehabilitation after stroke.Method: Using the depression sale developed by center of epidemiological survey of USA, the indidence of depression in 166 cases about 15 days after stroke were investigated. The neurological deficits scores, extremity ability and activities of daily living (ADL) were assessed in the patients of depression group and control group 15 days and 2 months after stroke. Results:The incidence of the depression was 40.96% 15days after stroke. The recovery of the neurological deficits, extremity ability, ADL in the patients of depression group 2 months after stroke were less than in control group. ( P<0 001,0 05) Conclusion:The depression after stroke is an important factor that can impede the therapeutic effects of hemiplegia early rehabilitation. [ |
