胸腔开放引流并逆行冲洗治疗食管癌术后胸内吻合口漏

目的探讨胸腔开放引流并逆行胸腔冲洗方法在食管癌切除术后胸内吻合口漏中的临床应用价值。方法对10例食管癌切除术后胸内吻合口漏在传统的保守治疗方法上加行胸腔开放引流并逆行胸腔冲洗方法治疗。结果10例胸内吻合口漏患者中，除1例胸胃残端漏患者死于右下肢深静脉血栓并呼吸循环衰竭，其余9例患者全部治愈出院，治愈率达90％；平均带胸管时间26d。结论胸腔开放引流并逆行胸腔冲洗治疗食管癌术后胸内吻合口漏操作简单，创伤小，是行之有效的方法。

Application of pleural open drainage and retrograde pleural lavage in treating leakage of thoracic esophageal anastomosis

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the pleural cavity open drainage and retrograde pleural lavage in leakage of thoracic esophageal astomosis. Methods 10 cases of anastomosis leakage after esophageaoctomy were reated with pleural cavity open drainage and retrograde pleural lavage. Results 9 of 10 patients were cured ,with acure rate of 90% and the average reserving pleural cavity drainage pipe time of 26 days. One patient died of right deep vein thrombosis and respiratory failure. Conclusion Pleural cavity open drainage and retrograde pleural lavage in treating leakage of thoracic esophageal anastomosisis a reliable way with effect, simple procedure and less complication.
