生活行为技能训练对精神病患者社会功能恢复的影响

目的探讨生活行为技能训练对精神病患者社会功能恢复的影响。方法将80例精神病患者随机分为干预组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组按常规进行治疗护理,干预组在此基础上进行生活行为技能训练,效果评定采用阴性症状评定量表(SANS)、护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)、住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)。结果生活行为技能训练后干预组和对照组比较,SSPI评分、SANS评分、NOSIE积极因子和消极因子评分差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论生活行为技能训练可以改善精神病患者的阴性症状,提高患者的社会生活能力,有利于社会功能的恢复。

Effects of living skill-training on recovery of the social skill in psychiatric patients

Objective To study the effect of living skill-training on recovery of the social skill in psychiatric patients.Methods Eighty psychiatric patients were randomly divided into two groups: interventional group(40) and control group(40).The patients in control group were treated with regular nursing method,while patients in interventional group were treated by living-skill training besides regular nursing treatment.The training effects were assessed by NOSIE,SANS and SSPI.Results Scores of positive factors and passive factors of NOSIE in the two groups were significantly difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The living-skill trainings for psychiatric patients is effectiveness in keeping and enhancing the social living-skill,and it is good for the recovery of the social function.
