黏附分子表达与老年结肠癌浸润转移的关系

摘    要:目的探讨黏附分子唾液酸化路易斯-X(sialyl Lewis-X,SLeX)、CD44v6和E-上皮钙黏附素(E-cadherin,ED)表达与老年结肠癌浸润转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术,检测80例老年结肠癌组织中SLeX、CD44v6和ED蛋白表达。结果SLeX、CD44v6和ED阳性表达率分别为77.5%(62/80),70.0%(56/80)和52.5%(42/80)。SLeX、CD44v6高表达及ED低表达与老年结肠癌Dukes分期、浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移、肝脏转移和和患者预后均呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论SLeX、CD44v6和ED表达与老年结肠癌浸润转移和患者生存期密切相关。检测SLeX、CD44v6和ED蛋白表达可作为判断老年结肠癌预后的客观指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of adhesion molecules sialyl Lewis-X(SLeX),CD44v6 and E-cadherin(ED)protein in colon cancer in the aged.Methods Immunohistochemical staining has used to detect the expression of SLeX,CD44v6 and ED in 80 cases of colon cancer.Results The expression of SLeX,CD44v6 and ED were 77.5%(62/80),70.0%(56/80)and(52.5%()42/80),respectively.The high level expression of SLeX,CD44v6 and the low level expression of ED were positively correlated with the Dukes staging,serosa infiltration,lymph node and liver metastasis,as weu as the prognosis of patients of colon cancer(P<(0.05)).Conclusion These data showed the expression of SLeX,CD44v6 and ED protein was sigrificantly relation to the potential of metastasis and survival rate in colon cancer.SLeX,CD44v6 and ED may be prognostic indicators in colon cancer.
