摘    要:综述了剧烈运动对肾脏结构功能的影响、肾结构功能变化的可能机制以及通过药物对改善肾功能的研究情况。剧烈运动将导致机体肾小球和肾小管结构破坏、肾组织(LPO)含量增高、SOD(超氧化物岐化酶)活性改变、运动性蛋白尿和运动性血尿等变化。VE、VC、GSH等对肾脏结构功能有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:This article summarizes the effects of intense exercise on the structure and function of the kidney,the possible mechanism of the changes of the structure and function of the kidney and the research state of the improvement of the function of the kidney by the medicine.The research suggests the intense exercise will lead to the damage of the renal tubules and the glomerulus,the increase of the LPO of the kidney tissue,the decrease of the activity of SOD,the appearance of the exercise induced albuminuria,exercise induced hematuria.Vitamine E,Vitamine C,GSH have some protective effect on the structure and function of the kidney.
