E钙黏蛋白和VEGF的表达与乳腺癌发生的关系

摘    要:目的探讨E钙黏蛋白(E-Cad)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)和乳腺导管内癌(DCIS)发生的关系,为判定乳腺癌的预后提供一定的理论依据。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法检测82例IDC(Ⅰ~Ⅱ期22例、Ⅲ期60例)及33例DCIS组织中E-Cad及VEGF的表达水平。结果 E-Cad在IDC组中强阳性表达率低于DCIS组(P<0.05);在Ⅲ期乳腺癌组中强阳性率低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05);在有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组强阳性表达率低于无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组(P<0.05)。VEGF在IDC组中强阳性表达率高于DCIS组(P<0.05);在Ⅲ期乳腺癌组中强阳性率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05);在有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组强阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组(P<0.05)。结论 E-Cad在IDC组织中的表达低于DCIS组织,VEGF在IDC组织中的表达高于DCIS组织,两者表达呈明显负相关,且两者表达均与淋巴结转移、乳腺癌组织分级有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between expressions of epithelial-cadherin(E-Cad)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)with breast invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC)and breast ductal carcinoma in situ(DICS),and to provide certain theoretical basis for the prognosis of breast cancer.Methods Expressions of both E-Cad and VEGF were determined in 82 cases of IDC(stageⅠ-Ⅱ,22 cases;stage Ⅲ,60 cases)and 33 cases of DCI by immunohistochemistry.Results Strongly positive expression of E-Cad in IDC group was lower than that in DCIS group(P<0.05),at stage Ⅲ was lower than that at stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ(P<0.05),in patients with lymph node metastasis was lower than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).While strongly positive expression of VEGF in IDC group was higher than that in DCIS group(P<0.05),at stage Ⅲ was higher than that at stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ(P<0.05),in patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of E-Cad in IDC tissues was lower than that in DCIS tissues,The expression of VEGF in IDC tissues was higher than that in DCIS tissues.There was a negative correlation,the expression of either was correlated to the lymph node metastasis and the histological grade.
