超声弹性成像用于高强度聚焦超声损伤的检测

摘    要:采用超声弹性成像的方法检测高强度聚焦超声在动物组织内产生的损伤.结果表明,聚焦超声的损伤在应变分布图(弹性图像)上表现为应变较小的区域,即损伤部位的弹性模量较周围组织的大,组织切片的损伤范围和大小也与应变分布图的结果一致.

Abstract:The lesions in animal tissues induced by high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)were detected by the method of ultrasound elastography.Results showed that HIFU-induced lesions behaved as regions of small strain in the strain images(elastograms).In other words,the elastic moduli happened in tissues the lesion larger than those of background tissues.In addition,the region and degree of lesions showed in photograms of slice up were in accord with the results of the strain images.
