临床实践技能考试是评价医生临床实践能力的重要方法，其合格标准的科学设定是保证评价结果公正性和准确性的关键。本文主要介绍了安国辅方法、边界组方法、上下浮动方法和霍夫奇方法等4种临床实践技能考试合格标准的设置方法，并埘美国医师执照考试中合格标准设置方法的运用情况及其改进加以描述，旨在促进我国临床实践技能考试的合格标准的设置。

The actuality on pass standard setting of clinical practice skill examination

Clinical practice skill examination is one of the important methods on evaluating clinical skills.The pass standard setting is the key to assure the equity and veracity of the examination.In this paper we introduced four methods of pass standard setting,such as Angoff's method,the borderline-group method,the up-and-down method and Hofstee's method.In the mean time,we described the pass standard setting methods used in the United State Medical Licensing Examination and the modifications so as to probe into the methods suited for China,and speed the pass standard setting of clinical practice skill examination.
