| 摘 要： | 目的:评价清利活血冲剂(自拟方)治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证的有效性。方法:采用随机、对照的研究方法,将慢性非细菌性前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证患者分为治疗组和对照组,最终对治疗组94例和对照组92例的资料进行统计分析。以桂枝茯苓冲剂为对照,观察清利活血冲剂的临床疗效。结果:两组疗效差异具有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组,两组间症状积分及NIH-CPSI评分治疗前后差值比较差异具有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论:清利活血冲剂能改善慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证的症状积分与NIH-CPSI评分,具有较好的临床疗效。
