超声背向散射积分评价晚期高血压心肌病变的临床应用探讨

目的　探讨心肌背向散射积分 (IBS)为基础的组织声学密度 (AD)评价晚期高血压患者心肌病变的价值。方法　采用背向散射积分联机分析技术 ,观察 40例晚期高血压患者与 40例正常人室间隔、左室后壁、左室侧壁部位的IBS、心动周期变化幅度 (CVIB)及左室后壁跨壁梯度 (TG -CVIB)。结果　晚期高血压患者上述部位的IBS值较正常人高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CVIB较正常人明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,TG -CVIB较正常人明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　心肌背向散射参数可作为评估晚期高血压患者心肌病变的一种无创性检测方法

Clinical Study on the Application of Myocardial Integrated Backscatter in Patients with Late Period Hypertension

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of myocardial integrated backscatter(IBS) parameter in the assessment of the lesions of myocardium in patients with late period hypertension.Methods IBS analysis under echocardiography were performed in 40 patients with late period hypertension and in 40 normal subjects.The IBS parameters were obtained from the interventricular septum,left ventricular posterior and lateral wall.Results In the detected areas,IBS were higher and CVIB were lower in hypertension group compared with those of normal group( P <0.05)?TG-CVIB of left ventricular posterior wall reduced in all patients significantly( P <0.01).Conclusions The parameters of myocardial IBS may be used as a noninvasive method to evaluate the lesion of myocardium in patients with late period hypertension.
