| 摘 要： | 目的:建立维C银翘片微生物限度检查方法,并对方法进行验证.方法:采用离心集菌加培养基稀释法.结果:维C银翘片用离心集菌加培养基稀释法进行微生物限度的细菌检查.结论:确立了微生物限度检查方法.保证微生物限度检查方法的有效性.

| Abstract: | Objective: To provide methods of microbial limit tests and carry out the verification of the method for Wei C Yinqiao Tablet.Method: Centrifuging medium diluting method was for the verification of methodology on Wei C Yinqiao Table.Results: The centrifuging medium diluting method were suitable for Wei C Yinqiao Tablets.Conclusions: Microbial limit tests Wei C Yinqiao Tablet was established,and meanwhile the Verification of Methodology on the Microbial Limit Test for Wei C Yinqiao Tablets is assured. |
