Experience of professor CHEN Kai in treating eczema

Professor CHEN Kai determines the treatment which has obvious effect in accordance with syndrome differentiation and the patient's individuality.For examples,acute eczema is treated as syndrome of excessive damp-heat by the method of clearing heat and dampness for relieving itch;chronic eczema is treated as syndrome of accumulated damp-toxic by the method of removing dampness and toxic,moistening skin and reliving itch;eczema of elderly with sebaceous deficiency is treated as syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency,asthenic endogenous heat by the method of nourishing yin,tonifying the blood and dispersing wind;acute eczema of baby is treated as syndrome of accumulated damp-heat by the method of clearing heat and promoting diuresis combined with reducing food stagnation.
