| 摘 要： | ConA诱导抑制细胞检测应用于检测抑制性T细胞的功能状态。原法要采血二次,并经五天才能判断结果。本文采用同时培育刺激细胞和应答细胞的方法,仅需采血一次,且在三天后即可判断结果。

| Abstract: | The ConA induced suppressor assay has been established to evaluate the functional status of suppressor T lymphocytes, By using the orginal method, two bleedings and five days of experimental period are needed. we report here a modification of this technique by which the stimulator and respondor cells are cultured at the sametime. In this way, we can get the similar results in three days and by only one bleeding. |
