肌萎缩侧索硬化症的中医临床系统辨证初探

肌萎缩侧索硬化症（amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS）是运动神经元病（motor neron disease,MND）的主要类型,占MND的80%～90%以上,甚至被认为是其他MND亚型的最终发展归宿。目前该病病因及发病机制不明,西医尚无有效治疗方法,近年来中医药辨证及治疗该病已有不少报道,但仍缺乏规范化及系统化,现就其辨证做以总结,抛砖引玉。

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis（ALS） is the main types of Motor neuron disease（MND）,accounted for 80% to 90% or more,or even be considered the ultimate development of other MND subtypes destination.Etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is currently unknown,and there is no effective treatment method of western medicine in recent years.TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease have been many reports,but are still a lack of standardized and systematic,are on their dialectical done to sum up and attract valuable comments.
